Donations must be from a PERSONAL CHECK or PERSONAL CREDIT CARD ONLY and cannot be linked to your business or corporate account. (NO Business Checks or Credit Cards may be accepted, including LLC's)

To make a NEW donation:

1. Select one of the donation amount buttons below or enter your preferred amount by selecting the "Pick your Donation" button and entering amount. There is a minimum of $5 and a max of $___

2. Select your payment schedule (monthly, quarterly, semi-annually, annually)

3. Donation Renewal Options: (Select one)

• "Recurring until canceled" select (Yes, I would like this donation to renew on an annual basis.)
• "One-time Donation" select (I do not want this donation to renew next year.)

4. Hit "Donate Now" - takes you to the next screen to process your payment.
