Dr. Tim Young, a Springfield, MO native, is a distinguished leader in the chiropractic field. After earning his Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Cleveland Chiropractic College in Kansas City, MO, in 1994, he relocated with his family to Oklahoma City, where he established Young Chiropractic.

A dedicated advocate for chiropractic education and professional development, Dr. Young is the Founder and past President of The Oklahoma Chiropractors' Association. He also founded and currently serves as President of Focus OKC, a nationally recognized chiropractic education seminar company, as well as Focus Foundations, a chiropractic development organization. Through these platforms, he travels globally, sharing his expertise in the Focus Chiropractic Mastery MST technique, which emphasizes precise adjusting techniques and deep patient connection.

Beyond his professional achievements, Dr. Young is committed to maintaining a balanced life, prioritizing his family. He is supported by his wife, Shannon, and their three children­ - Ashlee, Alasha, and Aryion, as well as their cherished grandchildren, Copeland, Quinn Rye, and Swazey June.

Dr. Young's mission is to serve his community, patients, and the chiropractic profession with unwavering dedication, love, compassion, and gratitude.

Dr. Stephanie Libs is a passionate chiropractor, lactation consultant, and educator based in sunny San Diego, where she leads a thriving practice alongside her team of four talented associates. A proud graduate of Life Chiropractic College West, she has been serving families since 2013 with a deep focus on perinatal and pediatric care. Dr. Steph holds her CACCP through the ICPA and brings a rich blend of techniques to her practice, including MLS from Arno Burnier, cranial work from Dr. Marty Rosen, and brain-based chiropractic care from Dr. Amy Spoelstra. She’s especially known for helping chiropractors build confidence and clarity around caring for pregnant women and newborns, offering courses that bridge the gap between birth, breastfeeding, and chiropractic care. Most recently, she joined the ICPA instructor team, now proudly teaching the Webster Technique and continuing the legacy of Dr. Jeanne Ohm.

Eric G. Russell obtained his chiropractic degree from Palmer College of Chiropractic in 1996. Dr. Russell currently serves as the Philosophy Stream Coordinator for the Australian College of Chiropractic and works as a consultant for Dr. Brad Glowaki’s LevelUp Mentoring.  He was the first Diplomate of Philosophical Chiropractic Standards (DPhCS) to be named president of a chiropractic college in the profession’s history when he served at the New Zealand College of Chiropractic. Dr. Russell was named a Fellow in Chiropractic Philosophy in 2023.  

Because of his emphasis on service to the profession, Dr. Russell has received numerous professional and teaching awards. His most prestigious awards include induction to the Palmer College of Chiropractic Great Hall of Philosophers and the Palmer Hall of Presidents, Parker College of Chiropractic Faculty of the Year, Fellow of the International Chiropractors Association, and Chiropractor of the Year for both Illinois and Texas.   Dr. Russell strives to inspire chiropractors to be the best they can be at the philosophy, science, and art of chiropractic.

Dr. Oler is a naturopathic doctor with a background in chemical engineering and biochemistry. He founded the Natural Path Health Center in Madison, WI in 2000, an integrated healthcare facility that uses the scientific application of natural healing methods to help his patients achieve optimal health and performance. He lectures nationally and internationally to assist healthcare professionals incorporate scientifically based healing protocols into clinical practice. In his free time, Dr. Oler enjoys adventuring with his two teenaged children, hockey, volleyball, canoeing and fly-fishing.

Nicholas J. Gatto, DC graduated from Logan College of Chiropractic and has been in private practice for 27 years and is also the Director of Continuing Education with the Food Enzyme Institute. Dr. Gatto has completed postgraduate work in impairment rating and spinal biomechanics and co-edited the textbook Spinal Biomechanics and Specific Adjusting in 2000.

Dr. Gatto is an NCCAOM® Diplomate of Acupuncture and has taught postgraduate acupuncture at Logan College of Chiropractic and National College of Chiropractic for the past decade. In 2018, he was named a Logan University Postgraduate Faculty member.

Additionally, in 2011, Dr. Gatto began assisting Dr. Loomis in teaching the Loomis System®.

Brandon LaGreca, LAc, MAcOM, grew up on the East Coast of the US and attended Montclair State University, where he received a bachelor’s degree in science with a minor in religion, summa cum laude. He then moved to the West Coast to fulfill a dream he had from the age of 12 of studying traditional Chinese medicine. He was accepted to the prestigious Oregon College of Oriental Medicine, where he earned a master’s degree in acupuncture and Oriental medicine. His postgraduate work included studying and working at Nanjing University of Chinese Medicine in China.

After 10 years of private practice, Brandon experienced firsthand the journey of the wounded healer when a series of small bowel obstructions led to hospitalization and diagnosis of stage 4 non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma. He achieved remission eight months later following an integrative oncology protocol that included immunotherapy without surgery, radiation, or chemotherapy. He now lectures and writes on the epigenetics of cancer and has dedicated his career to empowering patients through and beyond chronic illnesses such as cancer. His latest interests include studying indigenous forms of healing and eco-spirituality.

He is the author of “Cancer and EMF Radiation: How to Protect Yourself from the Silent Carcinogen of Electropollution,” “Cancer, Stress & Mindset: Focusing the Mind to Empower Healing and Resilience,” and “Cancer, Trauma & Emotions: A Traditional Medicine Path to Spiritual Wholeness.” He shares his thoughts at EmpoweredPatientBlog.com.

Dr. Steven Capobianco, DC, MA, DACRB, CSCS, is a passionate educator and innovator in manual and movement therapy. With over 20 years of experience, he graduated from Palmer College of Chiropractic West in 2003 and has since dedicated his career to improving how people move and feel.

Committed to helping others, Dr. Capobianco has expanded his skills with a post-doctoral diplomate in rehab from the ACA and certification as a strength and conditioning specialist from the NSCA. As a co-founder of RockTape, he has shared his expertise worldwide, teaching kinesiology taping, soft tissue therapy, and movement strategies to practitioners and enthusiasts alike.

When he is not teaching, Dr. Capobianco practices what he preaches by staying active through Ironman triathlons, mountain biking, and adventure racing. His hands-on approach and genuine passion for movement and wellness continue to inspire and make a difference in the field.

Functional health innovator, Cancer survivor, Podcast Host, Author, Influencer, drug free patient advocate and Personal Health Freedoms activist. He has testified, assisted, and partnered in “Informed Consent” legislation as a panel expert, patient advocate for health freedom and personal choice in Wisconsin (2017-2021). He coproduced the “Chiropractic First” videos in tandem with the Opioid Crisis and Awareness program by state of Wisconsin Attorney General Schimmel’s Opioid Awareness panel. During his 2020-2021 presidency of the Chiropractic Society of Wisconsin he helped orchestrate the largest LIVE attending audience of 2021 on vaccine knowledge and education – “VaxCon 2021”.  He currently lectures on technique, nutritional approaches for metabolic flexibility, immune health, digestive disorders, thyroid health, DISC and behavioral communication and the science of blood flow restriction therapy/training.

Steven Conway, DC, DACBOH, JD is a partner in True North Chiropractic Consultants, which provides guidance and coaching to both new and seasoned Doctors of Chiropractic. Prior to launching his own business, Dr. Conway served as the Chief Operating Officer (COO) and general counsel for Allied Health Chiropractic Centers, a chiropractic corporation comprised of more than 50 clinics in multiple states. An occupational health expert, Dr. Conway has provided industrial consulting for companies such as John Deere, Andes Candies, Dorsey Trailers, and Lear Seating.  

Dr. Conway received his undergraduate degree from the University of Wisconsin - Eau Claire before completing his Doctor of Chiropractic degree at Logan College of Chiropractic. He received his juris doctorate from Stetson University College of Law. Dr. Conway also served as a member of the Wisconsin State Board of Chiropractic Examiners and the Wisconsin Bar Association.

He has been awarded Chiropractor of the Year in South Dakota and the Fellow of the International College of Chiropractors (FICC). He is a certified professional compliance officer credentialed through the AAPC. Dr. Munsterman served two terms as Mayor of the City of Brookings and three consecutive terms in the South Dakota Legislature’s House of Representatives, where he chaired both the House Health and Human Services Committee and the Legislative Planning Committee, serving as a Majority Whip Leader as well. Dr. Kristi Reitz brings 15 years of experience in education, with the majority of her career spent in higher education. Prior to her work at the university level, she taught middle school mathematics and spent four years instructing elementary and middle school students in technology literacy, while also coaching educators on effective technology integration. Her responsibilities include overseeing patient education, social media, marketing, and community outreach. Dr. Reitz holds a PhD in instructional design for online learning, an M.A. in educational technology, and a B.A. in elementary education. Additionally, she serves on the board of the ABR Trails Foundation, where she manages their marketing, website, and social media. Dr. Reitz has also dedicated two years to volunteering with the Chiropractic Society of Wisconsin, contributing to their social media and marketing efforts.

Wendee was recognized as the Chiropractic Society of Wisconsin’s CT of the Year, and is highly proficient in insurance billing, striving for accuracy and efficiency in claim processing. Her expertise encompasses medical claims preparation, transcription, coding, and documentation, making her a trusted resource for patients and colleagues alike.  In addition to her insurance expertise, Wendee is a licensed Chiropractic Technician certified to perform all delegated modalities.

To serve her community with extraordinary passion, Wendee participates in continuing education opportunities with Chiropractic Society of Wisconsin, Standard Process, Foot Levelers, Wisconsin United for Freedom, Cornell University, Parker, Palmer College of Chiropractic, ICPA, PM&A, Medicare, Medicaid, Anthem, Chiro Code, HIPAA, and Gateway.  Wendee also holds the AMC-CA certificate, as well as the AMC Emerald and Diamond Awards.  She actively contributes to the chiropractic community as a member of the American Chiropractic Association and International Chiropractic Association, and as a member of the LTC Medical Advisory Board.

Joanne Tyjeski is the Business Manager at Tyjeski Family Chiropractic where she works with her husband, Dr. Jerry Tyjeski, her son, Dr. Josh Tyjeski, and her daughter-in-law, Dr. Stephanie Tyjeski along with their 2 dogs. Over the past 30 years, her leadership and mentoring has grown along with the business. In addition to her work at the chiropractic office, Joanne has served on the school board in Beaver Dam, WI for almost 20 years, and is very involved with her local church.
